Amanda has a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to therapy. She is committed to helping clients develop more adaptive habits that support a meaningful and fulfilling life. Her clinical focus includes treating OCD & anxiety disorders, autism, ADHD, disordered eating, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Informed by her own experience as a U.S. Army veteran, she is committed to supporting military families and fellow veterans, with a nuanced understanding of the cultural, relational, and psychological complexities that often accompany military service. She also has a strong clinical focus on working with first responders and healthcare professionals, recognizing the chronic stress, burnout, and trauma that are inherent in these high-intensity, service-oriented professions. Amanda aims to provide evidence-based, effective care that is not only personalized and trauma-informed, but also culturally responsive and grounded in genuine human connection.
Amanda has completed advanced training in the treatment of OCD, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. She has also received specialized education in maternal mental health, psychopharmacology, and perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International.
