Clinical Mental Health Intern, NC and SC

Ashley is a Clinical Counseling Intern in her final year of graduate school, pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Charleston Southern University. 

Ashley integrates client-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies to support individuals through life’s challenges. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and perinatal mental health. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to help individuals and families navigate life transitions and changes. Ashley also works with couples and families, helping them foster healthier communication and stronger emotional connections. Her empathetic, client-focused approach creates a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ashley finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, children, friends, and new puppy. She enjoys playing sports, getting outdoors, exploring new cities, and listening to music.
