About Grace

Grace is a graduate-level counseling intern at Balanced Wellness and a Master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University. Grace provides virtual services to clients throughout the Carolinas. She is dedicated to supporting adults and couples as they navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Grace approaches therapy with professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to creating a collaborative and respectful therapeutic environment.

She strives to foster a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, gain insight into relational patterns, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Ideal Client

She enjoys working with adults and couples who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by trauma or ongoing stress. You might be navigating relationship conflict, communication difficulties, major life changes, or the lingering effects of past experiences that continue to shape your present relationships and sense of self.

Her ideal clients are those who want a supportive therapeutic relationship where their voice is central to the process. Whether you are new to therapy or returning with specific goals in mind, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is trauma-focused and client-led, grounded in the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. I work collaboratively to help clients build insight, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical tools to support healing and growth. Together, we will explore how past experiences influence current patterns while honoring strengths, resilience, and personal values.
