Paige approaches therapy with professionalism, empathy, and a strong respect for each client’s lived experience, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
Ideal Client
Paige is especially passionate about working with adults who are living with more severe or persistent mental health conditions, including bipolar disorders, major depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and related challenges. Clients may be struggling with mood instability, trauma symptoms, emotional distress, or difficulties functioning in daily life.
Her ideal clients are individuals seeking a supportive and structured therapeutic space where they can feel understood, reduce symptoms, and work toward greater stability, insight, and quality of life.
Therapeutic Approach
Paige’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing the impact that past experiences can have on emotional regulation, relationships, and self-perception. She collaborates closely with clients to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for managing symptoms. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs and paced to support safety, empowerment, and sustainable progress.
