Raegan Parker
Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Associate, NC
I believe in the deep resilience and inner wisdom we all carry, even when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. I hold space for those navigating trauma, identity, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. My approach is relational, intuitive, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens, with special care for those whose stories or identities have been marginalized or misunderstood.
To me, therapy is sacred work- a place to untangle what hurts, reclaim what’s yours, and reconnect with the strength already within you. I gently help clients tune into their internal wisdom and shift old patterns that no longer serve them.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, CBT, and the Gottman Method, always tailoring my work to your unique needs. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as you move toward clarity, healing, and wholeness.
