Savier is a seasoned human resources professional and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 22 years of honorable service, including 17 years dedicated to HR leadership and personnel management. He brings a strong foundation in operational excellence, team development, and strategic workforce planning.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Savier transitioned into the civilian sector and most recently contributed to Gulfstream Aerospace’s People Experience team, where he supported initiatives focused on employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational development.

Known for his discipline, integrity, and people-first mindset, Savier blends military precision with a deep commitment to employee well-being. Outside of his professional life, he is a devoted family man and endurance athlete who enjoys running ultramarathons.
