About Shezada
Shezada is a licensed professional counselor associate at Balanced Wellness, providing virtual therapy services to clients across both North Carolina and South Carolina. She works with adults and couples and is passionate about helping clients feel more emotionally connected, understood, and confident in their relationships and within themselves.

Shezada’s ideal clients are couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional closeness, and develop a shared vision for their relationship. She also enjoys working with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, particularly those navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

Couples may notice recurring cycles of conflict, such as one partner pursuing connection while the other withdraws or tries to solve problems logically. Across all sessions, Shezada offers a warm, structured, and nonjudgmental space where emotions are welcomed and relationship dynamics are explored with curiosity rather than blame. Together, clients work toward building trust, strengthening communication, improving emotional regulation, and developing practical tools that support lasting change.
