Yes, we accept many insurances. Please call 843-212-6651 so we can discuss your plan-specific insurance coverages. We offer low and no cost therapy on a case-by-case basis.

We will keep your preferences in mind however the mental health professional that you are paired with will be determined by clinical fit, location and availability.

Let us help you with that. In your intake session, we will evaluate your needs and objectives and design a therapy plan that is tailored to you. This will enable us to determine whether teletherapy is an option for you.

Please cancel appointments at last 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.

Ordinarily, therapy sessions last between 45 and 50 minutes. However, longer sessions can be requested on a case-by-case basis. Please note that additional charges will apply for couples therapy and individual therapy longer than the standard session time.

Your therapy session is your safe place to dive into and discuss what is preventing you from living the life you dreamed of. Your therapist is there to listen, understand, and support you in achieving the your goals.

Therapists are bound by confidentiality by law. The only exception is if you express a potential for danger to yourself or someone else, and/or abuse to a child or elderly person. In these cases, by law we are required to involve outside parties to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

We strive to make our therapy sessions as flexible as possible to suit your needs. If you need to have your child present during the session, we are happy to arrange a phone call or a video conference through a secure platform. We understand that family obligations and situations can arise unexpectedly, so we are always prepared to adjust our schedules to accommodate changes.
