Balanced Wellness is proud to walk in solidarity during the Hilton Head Island Suicide Prevention Walk, joining thousands across the country to raise awareness, support mental health, and honor those we’ve lost.

As part of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s national movement, our team will walk to show support for survivors, uplift community voices, and contribute to critical efforts that save lives. We’re also helping to collect donations that go directly toward prevention programs, education, and research.

Together, we’re helping lead the fight against suicide — one step, one conversation, and one community at a time.
